Do you accept returns?

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy & satisfied with their purchase; however, as a small business with stock that is limited and often built to order, we cannot accept returns at this time. We are, however, happy to exchange any item that is not to your satisfaction. To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at info@birchpets.com within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges will only be accepted in original condition. We must receive your exchange within 4 weeks of the delivery date. We cannot accept exchanges outside of this time frame.

When will I receive my item?

All orders are processed within 2 -7 business days unless noted otherwise. This does not include shipping time.

How will you ship my item?

We ship from and all over the United States via US Mail. All orders include tracking. All orders are shipped USPS First Class. First Class includes tracking but is not insured if lost or stolen. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking info once your order has been processed.

Where is your product made?

Our products are proudly manufactured in the United States.

What kind of company is Birch?

We’re a small family business. Born in the Midwest with manufacturing that spans from east to west, we’re proud to be American through and through.
